1. Agreement to terms
By accessing maxonhypermegon.pro and engaging Maxonhypermegon for workforce analytics services, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or purchase services.
2. Services description
We provide analytics advisory, dashboard design, reporting kits, and related workshops as described in individual statements of work. Deliverables are professional services outputs, not software warranties unless expressly stated in writing.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients supply accurate data extracts, access credentials where applicable, and timely feedback. Clients remain responsible for decisions taken using analytics outputs and for internal policy approvals.
4. Intellectual property
Pre-existing Maxonhypermegon materials remain our property. Bespoke artefacts created for you are licensed for internal business use as set out in your statement of work. You may not resell templates without written consent.
5. Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, our aggregate liability arising from any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude indirect and consequential losses except where non-excludable by law.
6. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, after good-faith negotiation and optional mediation in Singapore.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within thirty days of written notice. Sections on confidentiality, liability limits, and governing law survive termination.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last updated date. Continued use after posting constitutes notice. Material changes to paid services will be communicated to active clients by email.
