1. Scope
This policy covers refundable amounts for Maxonhypermegon professional services purchased directly from us and listed with SGD pricing on this site. Enterprise agreements may supersede with written terms.
2. Eligibility window
Clients may request a refund of prepaid but undelivered phases within fourteen days of payment, provided no confidential workshop materials have been distributed and no kickoff call has occurred.
3. Partial performance
If work has commenced, refunds are calculated for unused phases documented in the statement of work. Completed workshops, on-site visits already conducted, and bespoke data extracts are non-refundable once delivered.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party pass-through costs, travel already booked, and rush fees are non-refundable. Custom software licences purchased on your behalf remain governed by the vendor's policy.
5. Process
Email hello@maxonhypermegon.pro with invoice number, engagement name, and reason for the request. We acknowledge within five business days and decide within fifteen business days unless further information is required.
6. Method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval. Bank timelines may vary.
7. Singapore consumer notes
Nothing in this policy excludes rights you may have under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or other non-waivable Singapore law. If a term conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails.
